Oxford Dictionary of English (Second Edition Reserved, Oxford University Press)によると、 “fitting closely to the lines of the body”、 “graceful and sinuous or seductive in movement”とのことでした。
『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第五版，大修館）で調べたところ、「スマートな，〈婦人服などが〉体の線にぴったり合う，〈所作・音楽・ダンスが〉ゆっくりとしていてセクシーな」と載っておりました。
今回は “slinky designs”と使われているため、「からだのラインにそったデザイン」などと解釈できるかと思います。
ちなみに似たような綴りのslinkという動詞は、「こそこそ歩く，こっそり逃げる」などの意味です。（Gomez）
