ワークショップの前にひとつ。前々から想定されていた手を打ってきました。早速、日本政府だけではなく、米国からも反発がありました。delinationはラテン語由来のdelineate（線で描く）の名詞で、「 (線・図形による)描写」、「線引き」のことで、防空識別圏の設定にあたります。今日もがんばるぞ！Shou-VR*、夕方までこちらはまかせます。（UG）
Japan steps up alert against China
Japan is to beef up surveillance in the East China Sea in response to China's delineation of an air defense identification zone that includes the Japan-controlled Senkaku Islands.
Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera on Saturday night convened a meeting to discuss a response with senior ministry officials and the Self-Defense Forces. They agreed to step up surveillance while continuing to scramble aircraft as necessary and maintaining the other regular airspace operations of the Self-Defense Forces. Onodera told reporters the unilateral designation of an air defense identification zone is a very dangerous act.
