Conservation International and AFPTV shares video of the Epaulette shark, discovered in Indonesia, which uses its fins to walk across the sea bed.
The shark's four fins are placed in a position similar to a reptile's legs, allowing the fish to manuever over the lumpy reef terrain.

今回気になったのは、manueverという表現です。手持ちの辞書には載っていなかったのですが、Web上で調べてみると、どうやらこれはmaneuverのことを表しているようです。maneuverは今回とは違った意味で以前先輩が取り上げられていますので、そちらもご参照いただければと思います。(cf. http://d.hatena.ne.jp/A30/20120731/1343669827)
maneuverには「操作、策略」「操る」などの意味がありますが、ここでは「抜け出る」の意味で使われているのではないでしょうか。（Weblio）（Jakie）
