up to par 復習程度

少し前の記事になりますが、取り上げたい表現がありますので、アップします。

Uno, who said he is so focused on the sport he doesn’t watch TV or read comics, said his goal heading into Seoul was to do everything that he could. In that light, he was not completely satisfied with his short program, saying his skating itself was not up to par.

このup to parという表現は、「標準に達した、いつも通りの」という意味ですが、「満足の」という意味にもなりうるかもしれません（この場合は、be satisfied withのパラフレーズであるとも解釈できます）。notと合わせまして「満足できなかった」という意味になると思います。インタビューなら、きっとそうなるのではないでしょうか。(Kawada)
