My share on our visit to Tochigi

I am going to talk about my impressions of our visit to a J.H.S in Tochigi on December 14th.

Some members of Dr. UG’s seminar went there to observe a class and learn teaching skills. The class was for the seventh-graders and its goal was to acquire the usage of ‘can’.

In the class, an English teacher gave a class in all English. After the class, the teachers and we had a talk about good and bad points of the class in order to further improving our teaching skills.

What I was impressed was the teachers’ advice. Their advice was great and accurate. They had a lot of knowledge of English teaching. Probably, they got the knowledge in their school life with students. I really looked up to them.

I am happy to be in Dr. UG’s seminar because I am able to make use of a lot of opportunities like this. Before I work as a teacher, I want to attend something like this and get as much experience as possible.
