まず、cardiorespiratoryをODEで引いてみると、“relating to the action of both heart and lungs”とあり、『ジーニアス英和大辞典』には、「〔医学〕心肺の」とありました。また“cardio-”は、「心臓」という意味の連結形であることも分かりました。
