今回は / sɪmbaɪˈɒtɪkəlɪ / です。sym-なので「一緒に」というような意味ではないかと予想がつきました。『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第四版,大修館書店）にはsymbioticの副詞であるとあるので、「共生に」というような訳になるかと思います。

　記事に書いてあるサンゴ礁を検索して写真を見てみましたが、かなり広範囲のサンゴが白く死滅していました。更には、サンゴ礁の近くに住んでいる魚も弱ってしまっているようです。（rain）
