Dear Dr. Tanabe,

Thank you very much indeed for taking up your time to hold a farewell party for us today.
I would like to express our deepest gratitude to you for paying the most for us. We really enjoyed every minute of our time by eating hot pot dishes and chatting with each other. I believe the party will make one of the best memories in my life for sure.

The one thing l strongly felt is that I should be proud of being a member of the Dr. Tanabe seminar, and I want to work together with my fellow members. Besides, I will give it my best to make my dream come true.

おはようございます。

昨日は壮行会のご参加ありがとうございました。また。お金の件については本当にご迷惑をおかけしました。以後、気をつけるようにします。

今回の壮行会を経て、これから同期３人が海外へ旅立ちます。留学組に負けないよう自分の英語のスキルをのばすべく今以上に努力していきたいと感じました。
なので、これからも厳しいご指導を頂き、精進したいと思います。

Good morning.

Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with us yesterday.

We all were able to spend a great time by talking each other. The guests also seemed to enjoy our celebration. That’s what I was really happy about as a party organizer.

Three of my fellows are going to Canada soon. What I can do is to work together in daily seminar’s activities. Using English is what I need the most, so I want to listen to, read, write, and speak it more and more from now on.

昨夜はごちそうさまでした。また貴重なお時間を割いていただいてありがとうございました。

ここまで約3か月の間ゼミに参加させていただいて、まだまだ、まだまだ、自分の英語力が足りていないということに気づかされる毎日でした。それでも３か月前の自分に比べれば、少しは、ほんの少しですが、成長できたと感じています。もう１年間学ばせていただいてから、カナダに行きたかったというのが今の本音ですが、ここまで来た以上は死ぬ気で頑張ってきたいと思います。
先生、ゼミ生の皆様に１年間会えなくなるのはさみしいですが、行ってきます。無事に帰ってくることを願っていていただけると幸いです。（Kochi）
