　就職活動でAIを使う企業が多くなっているそうです。簡単にそして時間を費やさずに従業員見つけることが出来ると良い面もありますが、AIが企業にあった"良い人材"を人物に会うことなく採用することが可能で、本当に効率の良いことなのだろうかと問われています。インターネットが普及した時代ですが最後には人と人の間にある気持ちが大切ではないかと思います。(smoke tree)
