　”escalation of tension” を取り上げます。『ジーニアス英和辞典』を引くと、”escalation”「（段階的な）増大、拡大、上昇、エスカレーション」とあり、”escalation of tension”は「緊張の高まり」という意味になります。また動詞の”escalate”は”escalator”の派生語だそうです。
ミサイルが発射された際にJアラート（全国瞬時警報システム）が配信されましたが、その緊急速報を見てもどうするべきかわからないひとが多かったというニュースを見ました。実際に日本にミサイルが発射された時のことを深刻に考え、全国的に避難訓練などの措置を取っておくべきだと思いました。　（Kiwi girl）
