Chill out! Maker to hand out over 19,000 'azuki bar' popsicles for free
A total of 19,450 "azuki bar" popsicles will be handed out for free at five locations across the country on July 1, by manufacturer Imuraya Group Co. Ltd. as part of an annual tradition.
The "azuki bar" iced treat, which contains ingredients such as azuki beans, was first launched by Imuraya in 1973. It has become Imuraya's flagship product, with annual sales rising to 258 million bars in fiscal 2016. In 2008, the firm began to give away popsicles for free on the first day of July, and since 2013, this act of generosity has developed into an annual event.

『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第五版、大修館書店）では「とてもリラックスした」、『英辞郎 on the web』では「落ち着く、友達とたむろする、待ちぼうけをくらう」とそれぞれありました。
若者言葉ですが“chillax”でも「リラックスする、気を静める」となるそうです。
7月1日は夏が本格化する「あずきバーの日」で、バーで暑さを乗り切ってもらうためにこのイベントが催されるそうです。ここでは「暑さを吹き飛ばそう！」となると思いました。(flying bird)
