　今回はdeck outという表現に注目しました。Oxford Dictionary of English (Second Edition Reserved, Oxford University Press)によると、 "decorate or a born brightly or festively"とのことでした。『ジーニアス英和辞典』（第五版，大修館）で調べたところ、「飾られている，（おどけて）装っている」と定義されておりました。outの代わりにupを使うことも可能です。またdeckのみでも使用できるようです。動詞のdeckには、「…を殴り倒す」という意味もあります。名詞の意味は日本語にもなっており馴染があったのですが、この使い方は初めて知りました。（Gomez）
