埼玉・武蔵丘陵森林公園では, 早くもチューリップが見ごろを迎え, 多くの見物客でにぎわいました。
Step closer to spring
Early-blooming tulips cover the ground in Musashi Kyuryo National Government Park in Namegawa, Saitama Prefecture. The park was crowded with visitors on Saturday, with some taking pictures of the vibrant pink, white and red flowers. About 10,000 plants of six kinds of tulips grow in the field. A visitor from Ota, Gunma Prefecture, admired the beautiful contrast of colors, saying, “It looks as if spring arrived early only around here.” The tulips are in bloom until early April.
