今回気になった表現は，見出しにある“out and about”です。まず，Cambridge Dictionary onlineを見ていると，“active; doing the things you usually do”とありました。

さらに『ジーニアス英和辞典』（大修館書店）を確認すると，“be (get) out and about”で「（病後）外出［働く］できるようになっている」，「（人と会うためなどのために）歩き回る」と記載されていました。記事の写真には，トルドー首相と夫人が明治神宮を歩いていたため，後者の意味として用いられています。しかし，「歩き回る」よりも「（明治神宮の）参拝」と訳す方が適当かと思われます。(Nao)
