mixed bag(復習)

(Koyamamoto)

Most Americans Want to Live to 100: Survey
But they aren't doing much now to prepare for it
As the 21st century progresses, more Americans will live longer than they ever have. And as it turns out, the majority of us are just fine with those projections. According to a new survey by the Stanford Center on Longevity, in partnership with TIME, most Americans want to live to their 100th birthday. The catch? They aren’t putting in the legwork to do so comfortably.
…When it came to health behaviors, though, it was more of a mixed bag. While most of the respondents said they think a healthy diet and exercise are critical to a long life, just 25% report eating as well as they think they should, 24% exercise as much as they think they should.
