Enrique Marquez, who bought the assault rifles used in the massacre in San Bernardino, Calif., that left 14 people dead, was charged Thursday with several terrorism-related charges, including conspiring to conduct attacks in 2011 and 2012.
Federal officials charged Mr. Marquez, 24, with providing material support — including himself, a firearm and explosives — for crimes of terrorism; making a false statement in connection with acquisition of firearms; and immigration fraud.

見出しにある"count"を取り上げます。LDOCEで調べてみたところ、"one of the crimes that someone is charged with"とありました。ジーニアス英和辞典(大修館書店)』で確認したところ、「訴因」とありましたが、今回であればテロ支援の容疑でという「容疑」が馴染みのある訳になるかと思いました。
