jot down "復習程度"

jot down"と同様の意味で、"write down"や"note down"もありました。例文では、"Jot down the license number."や"She keeps a notebook handy to jot down items."が挙げられていました。(Nao)

Large hospitals that expect to face crowds of patients in the case of major disasters are adopting a digital triage system that employs smartphones and IC tags.

The electronic system developed by Osaka General Medical Center and other institutions is intended to take the place of handwritten, color-coded paper tags. Traditionally, short comments on a patient's symptoms are jotted down on color-coded tags -- a black tag denoting that a patient is dead or is likely to die, red for a serious condition, yellow indicating that a patient has a moderate condition, and green for a minor condition.

The tags are attached to patients' wrists to help prioritize treatment based on their conditions and the resources available in order to save as many lives as possible.
Handwritten tags have had their problems. Medical workers have complained that handwriting on tags is often difficult to read, because they are usually scribbled under chaotic circumstances. The system also makes it difficult to ascertain exactly how many people are in serious condition, and once the tags are lost, the information is lost forever.
