It’s 15 degrees with a wind chill of 1.
“It will be cold, but dry,” said Jim Connolly, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
That forecast sounds oddly O.K. after yesterday, when wet weather – in the form of snow, freezing rain and rain – made for a terrible commute.
