bulldozing
bulldoze#3
LDOCE5には第二語義として、”to push objects such as earth and rocks out of the way with a bulldozer”がありました。 (Kawada)
Sekiwake Goeido had No. 3 maegashira Osunaarashi confused at the start, and took advantage by bulldozing the 22-year-old Egyptian out of the ring to improve to 5-2. Osunaarashi, whose name means “Big Sandstorm,” didn’t hit Goeido straight on and never got into step as he saw his basho-energizing string of upsets halted and dropped to 4-3.
Osunaarashi had back-to-back wins over yokozuna the previous two consecutive days.
