If “rainy Thursday” has a familiar ring, there is a reason:
It has rained every Thursday so far this month. Today makes four in a row.
And not to spoil your holiday weekend plans, but it has rained every Friday so far, too.
In fact, rain in May has fallen in three distinct clumps – two Thursday-Friday-Saturday-
Sunday stretches, followed by a Wednesday-Thursday-Friday stretch.
Weird, right?
We understand that Mother Nature does not care about days of the week.
