同じ味のチョコレートを再現することは出来ないといわれております。記事の中に出てくる”be prize open”を調べました。Weblioによると「こじ開ける」という意味がありました。”prize”には「賞」という意味以外にも「努力して手に入れる（に値する）もの」がありました。”prize”の語源は「価値」である点からも納得することができます。「こじ開ける」という言葉は努力して（価値のあるものを）手に入れようとしているというニュアンスをつかめます。生産者の生活の糧であるカカオは彼らにとって最も価値のあるものだと言えますね。（Ume）
