Autoexpressからの引用です。teaserは「じらす人」という意味の単語（『ウィズダム英和辞典』第3版，三省堂）。そこから転じてteaser adは「商品自体の情報を与えないことで逆に関心を集め，後の広告に注目させる」，いわゆる「じらし広告」を意味します（『ウィズダム英和辞典』同上）。よって今回のteaser picturesは「全貌が明らかにされていないイメージ写真」と解釈できます。
それにしても車のデザインや性能以前にCactusという名前が気になって仕方がありません。なぜこのような名前にしたのでしょうか。（Koyamamoto）

First teaser pictures for Citroen C4 Cactus crossover released, due to be revealed on February 5
The countdown has begun to the launch of the Citroen C4 Cactus – a new crossover that marks a change of direction for Citroen. Set to be revealed on February 5, the production model was previewed by the Cactus Concept at the Frankfurt show in September.
No details can be made out in the various teaser pictures, but it’s clear that the production car will look virtually identical to the concept. Expect it to feature normal door handles and have glass windows and windscreens, whereas the concept was open to the elements. With dimensions of 4.21m long, 1.75m wide and 1.53m tall, the Cactus concept is slightly shorter than a C4 and the same height as a DS3.
