NBAがついに開幕しました。開幕戦注目の対戦カードの１つだったthe Chicago Bullsとthe Miami Heatの一戦は，107対95で昨シーズンのNBAチャンピオンであるHeatが勝利しました。
最終的には勝利したHeatでしたが，試合開始直後はBullsに主導権を握られ9対2とリードを許します。trailには「（試合選挙などで）（…の差で）負けている」という意味があり，例えHeatがリードを許していてもThe Heat trailed 9-2 earlyのように記述します。2-9としないことも含めてtrailの用法を押さえておこうと思います。（Koyamamoto）
