↓のGPくんと同じ記事から、offlineという表現の復習です。offlineは第一義としては文字通り「ネットワークやホストコンピュータに接続されていない状況のこと」ですが、原発事故関連の記事では「〈機械が〉作動していないで」、「稼動停止状態で」という意味でも用いられるのでしたね。（Koyamamoto）
