spine-tinglingを取り上げます。早速辞書を引いてみると、これは「わくわくする、スリリングな」（『リーダーズ英和　第２版』研究社）という意味になります。また、LODCEでも調べてみると、 “making you feel very excited or frightened, in an enjoyable way”と定義されていました。念のため、Oxford Dictionaries Onlineでもチェックしてみると、 “thrilling or pleasurably frightening”とありました。ですので、「楽しむ」というニュアンスもしっかり覚えておこうと思います。
