freshly minted adults
In Tokyo’s upscale Minato Ward area, for example, the freshly minted adults were welcomed at a standing banquet at the Tokyo Prince Hotel.

(『ジーニアス英和辞典』)また、LDOCEを見てみますとnewly/freshly mintedが載っており、"a newly minted word, phrase, idea etc has been invented or produced very recently"とありました。
(Nat)
