Newsweekにあったbedbug（トコジラミ）の駆除に関する記事にBite Meという見出しがついていました。biteには「〈虫蛇などが〉…を刺す, かむ」という意味がありますが，加えてBite me!で「だまれ；失せろ, くたばれ」という意味もあります（『プログレッシブ英和中辞典』小学館）。（Koyamamoto）
