ここで採り上げるのはout-and-outという表現です。『オーレックス英和辞典』（旺文社）には「全くの，ひどい」とありました。しかし，これだけでは意味が良く分かりません。そこでLDOCEを引いてみると，used to emphasize that someone is definitely a particular kind of person or thingと定義されていました。
以上から，今回の文脈では太文字箇所は「超攻撃的陣を敷き」と訳せそうです。また，違った文脈では「生粋のアタッカー陣を擁して」のようにも解釈出来そうですね。（ゼミ生persimmon柿生）
