北朝鮮は，組織された固い守りからの速攻で勝ち上がってきました。ここでは，ironclad defensive styleと表現されています。ironcladは「破ることの出来ない，非常に厳しい」という意味です（『オーレックス英和辞典』旺文社）。そして，鋼鉄板で装甲された軍艦の「（19世紀の）甲鉄艦」という語義も含んでいます。ここから，非常に軍隊のように組織されている守備というイメージを受けました。（ゼミ生persimmon柿生）
