・大幅に増床: the floor space increase considerably/ floor space added considerably
floor spaceは「売り場面積」を意味します（『スーパー・アンカー和英辞典』第2版，学習研究社）。増床したという事はつまり売り場が拡大した（増えた）こと（additional floor space）なので、 上記のように英訳しました。
・新装オープン：the remodeled open
remodelは「〈建物など〉を〔…に〕建て替える，改造する，模様替えする，内装する」とあります（『ジーニアス英和辞典』第4版，大修館書店）。LDOCEで他にも似たような意味を持つ単語を調べてみました。
・remodel：to change to shape, structure, or appearance of something, especially a building
・redecorate：to change the way a room looks by painting it, changing the curtains etc
・refurbish：to decorate and repair something such as a building or office in order to improve its appearance
・renovate：to repair a building or old furniture so that it is in good condition again
それぞれで微妙に意味合いが違っていますね。
・売り場面積：floor space
・従来の約１．５倍の：1.5 times larger than the original one
「“面積が広い”ことを表す場合はlargeやインフォーマルなbigを用いる」とありました（『スーパー・アンカー和英辞典』第2版，学習研究社）。そのため，ここではlargeを使用しました。
・（銀座地区の）最大規模の商業施設：the largest-scale department store in Tokyo's Ginza district
ここでの施設は銀座三越のことなのでdepartment storeに置き換えました。
