Tokyo Disneyland seeks rejection of costumed performers' damages suit

CHIBA, Japan (Kyodo) -- The operator of Tokyo Disneyland asked a court Tuesday to reject a suit filed by two female workers seeking damages for overwork and harassment while working as costumed performers at the theme park.

まず、thoracic をLDOCEで引いてみると、“technical the part of your body between your neck and DIAPHRAGM (=area just above your stomach) ” とあり、outlet は、“a pipe or hole through which something such as a liquid or gas can flow out” と定義されていました。よって、thoracic outlet syndrome で、「胸郭出口症候群」になるようです。（『200万語専門用語 英和・和英大辞典』）

胸郭出口症候群とは、胸郭の出口の狭い部分で神経や血管が圧迫されることにより、肩から手にかけてのしびれ感、脱力感などの症状を引き起こす病気であるとのことです。
