手持ちの『ジーニアス英和辞典』に記載がなかったのでインターネットで調べました。Weblioによると「年齢の特徴を示し、特に灰色か白髪を持っている」と記載されていました。
『オックスフォード現代英英辞典』によると、特にイギリスでgrey-hairと表記され、アメリカではgray-hairedとされているようです。
