今回はelasticity /ɪl`æstísəṭi/ 紹介します。
『ジーニアス英和辞典』第４版（大修館）では「弾力性, 伸縮性, 融通性, 順応性, 適応性」とありました。
LDOCEは “the ability of something to stretch and go back to its usual length or size” と定義しています。
語源は、ラテン語のelastikosから由来する説と、ギリシャ語のelastos（柔らかい）から来た説があり、どちらも「膨張, 拡張」のニュアンスを反映していると思われます。

以上のことから、記事では「使い手が納得のいく価格」という表現ができるのではないでしょうか。

新作のiPhoneは日本円で約11万円であり、あまりにも高価なように思えます。
