紹介する表現は on loan です。「貸し出されて」という意味でおなじみのこの表現ですが、それでは今回の文脈にそぐわないため改めて調べてみました。『ジーニアス英和辞典』第５版（大修館）で意味を引いてみると、第２義に「〈人が〉出向して、レンタル移籍して」とありました。この意味なら今回の文脈にピタリとはまります。この記事同様、多くの場合toと共起します。

Oxford Dictionary of English (2th) の定義も確認してみると“(of a worker or sports player) on secondment to another organization or team, typically for an agreed fixed period” と記載されていました。

「ローン」と日本語にもなっているloanですが、調べてみると様々な語義や用法があることに気が付くことができました。外来語(loan word)はあくまで借用語(loan word)であって本来の意味をつかむには浅すぎると感じました。(ko-chi)
