気になったのはmouthpiece / máʊθpìs / です。読んだ時に、ボクシングなどで使われる歯を保護するものが思い浮かびましたが全く文意に合っていないので調べて見ました。『ジーニアス英和辞典』(第4版,大修館書店)には「(楽器などの)口にくわえる[当てる]部分,マウスピース;(パイプの)吸口;(電話の)送話口;(くつわの)はみ」や「〔…の〕代弁者,代弁機関」とありました。記事の中では「飲み口」として使われているのではないかと思います。

記事と一緒にいくつか写真も掲載されていました。なかでも韓国人が作った鼻と口がついているデザインの蓋がとてもユニークで印象に残りました。(rain)
