Cairns Day3

We joined a tour riding an ADW HUMMER H1 and ran through the jungle near Barron Falls. HUMMER is a big military vehicle. Kimura Takuya has (or had?) an H2. A guide told us there were wallabies and cassowarries. Unfortunately, we were not able to see them. Cassowary is an endangered Australian bird. Its Japanese name is “hikuidori”. It has blue and red color like fire.

We also found that vine twined in a clockwise direction, unique phenomenon to the Southern Hemisphere. I also found water whirling in the same direction in a drain.
From what we heard, the weather varies by location and I remember an expression "treacherous". Will write more in the next posting. (flying bird)
