気になった表現は‟able-bodied”です。

　Meriam-Websterでは‟having a sound strong body“と定義され、「健康で丈夫な」身体を表していることがわかりました。
“the”が付くことで、集合的に「健常者」となり、複数扱いとなります。

　チェ被告は徴兵制で警察官として勤務していましたが、8日に公訴され職位解除されました。裁判によって今後の兵役義務が決定するそうです。(flying bird)
