8月に盲導犬を連れた男性がホームから転落し、電車にひかれて死亡した事故が記憶に新しいですが、今度は大阪府で視覚障がい者の転落事故が起こりました。

KASHIWARA, Osaka Prefecture--A blind man was struck and killed by a train after he fell off a station platform here on Oct. 16, the latest tragedy involving visually impaired people tumbling onto railway tracks.
