Tokyo, June 24 (Jiji Press)--The dollar briefly plummeted below 100 yen in Tokyo Friday, breaching the key threshold for the first time in two years and seven months, as Britain voted to leave the European Union in Thursday's referendum.
The British pound and the euro also tanked against other major currencies as Britain's exit from the single market, or Brexit, became a reality.
