On a radio show this week, she slammed the idea of them performing for the Tokyo Olympics as “embarrassing.”
気になったのは、見出しにある”cross-dressing”という表現です。最初この表現を見たときは、「交じわっている服装」とは何かわかりませんでした。しかし、『ジーニアス英和辞典 第4版、大修館書店』で調べてみると、”cross-dress”で「異性のような服装をする」と載っていました。また、『LDOCE 4訂増補版、桐原書店』で調べてみても、「the practice of wearing the clothes of the opposite sex, especially for sexual pleasure」とありました。（ninetails）
