Youth arrested for stabbing three people in Hiroshima

An 18-year-old youth was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly stabbed three people in an apartment in Hiroshima.

According to police, the youth-who cannot be named because he is a minor-stabbed a 52-year-old man, his 51-year-old wife and their 18-year-old son at around 12:30 p.m. The man was able to call police before he was stabbed.

The suspect was apprehended in the corridor outside the apartment. The three victims were taken to hospital where they are in a stable condition, police said.
