ウクライナの一部の地域で行われた独立に対する国民投票についてです。投票が実際に行われましたが，ロシアは「投票結果は実行に移されるべきである」という発現をしまいした。一方ウクライナ暫定政府は選挙を"farce"であると一蹴しております。この"farce"の意味を『Wisdom第三版（三省堂）』によると「ばかげたこと，茶番」などという意味がありました。国民投票は全く正当性がなく，単なる茶番に過ぎないということですね。（Ume）

Russia has called for implementation of the result of the controversial referendums organised by pro-Russian groups in eastern Ukraine.
