Honda rolling out futuristic new two-wheeler

Honda Motor is reaching out to a new type of rider with a motorcycle that looks like it might have ridden out of the future. 

The 750cc, dual-clutch transmission NM4 goes on sale this year. Unveiled Friday, it has an angular profile and a low-ride seat with a cockpit feel. The seat angle can be adjusted in four ways.

Honda will offer two versions of the NM4 of differing design and color. The automaker aims to sell 2,000 of them in the initial year.

reach outは多義のPVです。文脈に応じて「〜に手を差し出す、〜に接触する、〜に働きかける、〜と心を通わせる、（人）に援助の手を差し伸べる」などなどいろいろな訳が可能です。ここでは「〜に働きかける」から「掘り起こしをねらう」あたりでしょうか。

大型を「封印」される最後のホンダはCB750Fでした（その後はYAMAHA FZ1000で打ち止め...）。以降クルマへと乗り替えましたが，いまも春先になるとうずいてきます…。まだ乗れるんだろうか。煩悶する日々が続きます。（UG）
