The girl screamed for help at the top of their lungs.のat the top of one’s lungs.。辞書を引いて確認してみますとshout at the top of their lungs.の形で「精一杯の声で叫ぶ」（『ジーニアス英和辞典　第３版』大修館）とあり、念のためCollins English Dictionaryを参照してみますと’in one's loudest voice; yelling’と載っていました。(Shou-VR*)
