To find out, we decided to turn the tables on the cops with our own "20/20" speed trap in raleigh, north carolina. Our objective, not only to catch any speeding cops in the act, but to follow them to their final destination. Our target location -- a stretch of i-40 near downtown raleigh where the speed limit is 65 miles per hour.
