NEW YORK — The brand new Q10 smartphone is your Back to the FutureBlackBerry. It's got the kind of physical Qwerty keyboard that BlackBerry loyalists were so enamored with on prior generation handsets.
今回注目するのは、アメリカでよく使われる表現の一つのthumbs upです。意味は「賛成、承認」です（『ジーニアス英和辞典 第４版』大修館）。ほかにも"good job"の意味としても使われます。また、相手に"get out"と伝える意味で、jerk one's thumbという表現も見つけたので押さえておきたいです。（Sugar）
