Knock on wood. Or at least let the vibrating Epishock speaker do it for you. Designed to transform flat, dense surfaces into a booming sound system, the micro-sized speaker uses vibrations to spread its sound beyond its palm-sized frame. Granted, the sound isn't big enough to keep a party going, but it can provide extra oomph for on-the-go listening in a dorm room or office. Priced at about $45, the palm-sized device includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a USB charging cable, a stick-on vibration "pad'' and a daisy chain audio cable.

今回注目したのは見出しのgood vibrations。これはすでにブログで触れられていますが，vibrations（vibesと表記することも）には「振動」という意味の他に「（よい，悪い）感じ」という意味があり，good vibesやbad vibesのように用います（『スーパーアンカー英和辞典』第4版，学研教育出版）。また，今回は振動スピーカーのvibrationと掛けたものであることは言うまでもありませんね。（Koyamamoto）
