Cool Campaign

Following in the footsteps of the last campaign, ANA will be offering Cool Campaign Season 3! in which residents outside Japan can win free round-trip tickets to Japan. (Details are available on the site).

round-tripが気になりました。早速辞書を引いてみると、「往復」「（往路と復路を違えた）周回｛の旅程｝」（『リーダーズ英和　第２版』研究社）とありました。念のため、Oxford Dictionaries Onlineでも調べてみると、 ‘a journey to one or more places and back again, especially by a route that does not cover the same ground twice.’と明記されていました。補足ですが、round-trip ticketでは、「往復切符」（『リーダーズ英和　第２版』研究社）という意味になるので、これも併せて覚えておこうと思います。
