listedとindependent 再び

ここで話題になったdelistedとindependentのふたつの用語に関係する短い記事がAsahi Newsにありました。listed companiesは「上場会社」で、delistの反意語ですね。independent directorはMac業界人さんの指摘を受けると、TSEとは切り離された「独立監査役」ですね。（ゼミ生 b.m.）
