「〜を包む」という意味のwrapですが，wrap upというPhrase Verb（句動詞）の形で「〈契約などを〉うまく成立させる；〈試合に〉勝利を収める」という意味があります（『プログレッシブ英和中辞典』小学館）。また『リーダーズ英和辞典』（第2版，研究社）にはwrap it upで「うまくやってのける；（競争で）決定的打撃を与える」とありました。これらは「まとめあげる」というところからきたと推測できます。
記事ではすでにthe Courtauld Galleryでの販売が決定しているとあるので，「契約を成立させる」というよりも「（イギリス市場で）成功をおさめる」という意味で解釈すべきでしょう。
